    Three-phase power supply
    Standard execution 50Hz 230/400V; 60Hz 265/460V (on size 150 and 200 standard execution 50Hz400/690V; 60Hz 460/795V). Special voltages from 24V to 690V 50Hz and 60Hz available on request. BM series vibrators are suitable for use with constant torque PWM Frequency Variable Frequency Drive (VFD Inverter).

    Standard: 2 poles: 3000 rpm – 50Hz 3600 rpm – 60Hz
    4 poles: 1500 rpm – 50Hz 1800 rpm – 60Hz
    6 poles: 1000 rpm – 50Hz 1200 rpm – 60Hz
    8 poles: 750 rpm – 50Hz 900 rpm – 60Hz

    Duty
    Continuous duty (S1) at maximum centrifugal force; possibility of force adjustment from 0 to 100% with reading of the adjustment percentage via the graduated reference plate mounted on the eccentric masses.

    Mechanical Protection
    IP 66 to EN 60529, EN 60529/A1

    Impact protection
    IK07

    Electric Motor
    Electric motor made from low-loss silicon magnetic steel laminations, allowing higher efficiency and lower heating.

    Insulation Class
    F standard, H on request.

    Tropicalisation
    Winding impregnation by ASTM method, with class H polyester resin.

    TropicalisationFrom -20°C to +40°C (-4°F/104°F).

    Overtemperature Protection
    Electric motor protection by thermistor (PTC at 130°C) as standard from size 50 (available on request on smaller sizes).

    Motor Shaft
    Shafts made of NiCrMo alloy steel, with hardening and tempering treatment.

    Main Body
    Mechanical structure designed to withstand high stress, made of cast iron (from size 03) or high-strength aluminium (up to size 02).

    Painting
    Electrostatic epoxy-polyester powder paint, oven-cured. Colour: Blue RAL 5010.

    Bearings and lubrication
    High load capacity bearings in special designs to withstand high centrifugal forces and vibrations, lubricated with Long-Life grease. Labyrinth grease seal and large containment chamber.

    Stainless steel mass covers Special fixing interaxes Anti-condensation heaters.

The BM series comprises a complete range of foot-mounted vibrator motors, covering a wide range of application needs on vibrating machines in a variety of industries. The entire BM range is manufactured in accordance with IEC 60034-1 and the following EU Directives: Machinery 2006/42/EC, Low Voltage 2014/35/EU, Electromagnetic Compatibility 2014/30/EU, RoHS 2011/65/EU.

The BM series is also available in versions

BM-A, conforming to the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, in execution II 3D tc IIIC T…..°C Dc, for the Dust 22 zone and II 3G Ex nAc II T3/T4 Gc for the Gas 2 zone.
